Born and raised in Lake Wales, Florida. Coach Ronald Scarlett is married with four kids and four dogs. He is a graduate of Lake Wales High School and Florida A&M University and Webber International University alum. A star athlete in football and basketball, a two time state finalist in both sports, and one of three in the state of Florida to be All State on both sides of the ball at Quarterback and Defensive Back. For the past decade Scarlett has coached on both the high school and college level where he's entering his seventh season at Warner University as the Defensive Back coach and now Defensive Coordinator. Through his years at Warner he's coached several first and second team all conference players, was apart of the 2016 Warner football best record of 8-2, and nationally ranked in the top ten for passing and rushing defense. "Coaching has allowed me to do something that I've always enjoyed and that's mentoring our young men today to prepare them for tomorrow", said coach Scarlett.
