Personal:  A native of the British Virgin Islands, Halstead has played for the B.V.I. National team since 2007 competing in three Caribbean Basketball Confederation Tournaments...In 2007 he averaged 13.5 points and 4.8 rebounds in five games in the CBC Championship for Men...In 2009 he averaged 11.4 ppg and 3.8 rpg in the same tournament...In 2010 he averaged 18.2 ppg and 2.5 rpg
