Coach Linda has 30 years of experience coaching women and men’s collegiate teams, high school and club volleyball. She has coordinated many volleyball camps and programs where she demonstrates her passion for coaching and the training of athletes.
Born and raised in Florida, she is a member of the Florida Region of USA Volleyball, where she is CAP III certified and USA Volleyball Cadre. She has jetted around the United States as a Cadre to train coaches under the USA CAP program, and represented the US State department, internationally, training youth athletes in Moldova! Through USA Volleyball, she has gained her Coaching Accreditation Program certifications, CAP I, CAP II and CAP III, received her Foundation of Coaching certification, IMPACT Instructor, Strength and Conditioning Program (VCAP) and USA Beach Official Local certification. She is also a Gold Medal Squared trained coach providing instruction to youth volleyball programs across the country.
Coach Linda was hired as the Warner University Assistant Men’s Volleyball Coach, helping Warner finish 3rd in the NAIA in 2016. For two seasons, her duties included recruiting and practice planning, aside from many other duties necessary as an assistant coach for a prestigious and successful program. Her love for the Lord, and Warner University brought her back as women’s indoor and beach volleyball Head Coach in late 2022. Her commitment and support to the program has been demonstrated in many ways to include increased athlete recruitment, increased program successes, and the athlete’s incredible faith journeys leading to several athletes getting baptized!

the Army Head Coach for the Warrior Transition Command for the Warrior Games for 11 years. This is a domestic Paralympic competition held to help wounded servicemen and women transition through their participation in adapted sports

the Associate Head Coach for the first Sitting Volleyball team in the Florida Region;

through the USA Paralympic Sitting Volleyball program as a Pipeline Coach.
In 2020, Coach Pai was selected as a USA Volleyball National Boy’s Future Select Training Program Associate Head Coach where she would coach some of the best age-specific volleyball athletes in the nation. In the National Development Training Program (High Performance program), she has served as USA High-Performance Tryout Coach, Tryout Evaluator, and Court Coach. She was hired as a High-Performance assistant coach in the Florida and the Head Coach Old Dominion Region, taking teams to the USA High-Performance tournaments, many years outperforming expectations!

Coach Linda is married to Coach Andy and has three children, Katie, Johnny and Svetlana, four incredible heart children, Lisa, Kimmy, Allyson and Molly. Her favorite scripture verse is Philippians 4:13 and lives by faith and grace daily as she “chooses joy” each day.
