Biography

Mia Shola is a native of North Kingstown, Rhode Island. She is a Business Management major with a minor in Agriculture. 

She is a Certified Dog Trainer specializing in Obedience and Behavior Modification. Her role model is IFBB Wellness Pro Julia Rene. 

Mia is the daughter to Thomas and Antoinette Shola, younger sister to Alexa Donegan and Benjamin Shola. 

Her favorite bible verse is "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10

She was born on May 6, 2001.
