LAKE WALES, Fla. – In a makeup of Friday's rain out, Warner University and Southeastern University wrapped up their Sun Conference baseball series on Monday.

Jose Hernandez got the start in game three of the series and tossed the first three innings in a pitcher by committee approach for the Royals. Four other Royals saw action on the mound including
Eric Green who recorded the only scoreless relief stint of the day. Green pitched 1.1 innings of one-hit relief and struck out two batters.
The Fire roughed up the Royals' staff for 12 runs on 12 hits in the run-rule shortened contest.
Offensively, the Royals scored two runs in the fifth inning.
Chase Coon drove in the first run with a single down the right field line. Coon scored the second run later in the inning on a fielding error by the Fire.
The Royals totaled just three hits in the game.
Broderick Rodocker and
Kevin Gregg along with Coon recorded the hits.
