BABSON PARK, Fla. – The lady Royals (8-7) knocked off the Webber International University Warriors (7-5-1) in the TSC Quarterfinals with an overtime thriller 1-0 victory.
GAME RECAP
The Royals battled hard as the defense stepped in and shut down the Warriors. Webber outshot the Royals 14 to 3.

Sarah Bergkvist completed the shutout against the Warriors with 6 saves on the day. Heading into overtime, just 26 seconds in,
Denise Ortiz fired a shot into the back of the net giving the Royals the 1-0 win! Ortiz had this to say about her goal, "Winning was great but the best part of the whole game was us as a team, not giving up and playing like we should have. As a family and for each other. I couldn't ask for a better team, coaches and trainer then the ones I have. I feel honored to be a Royal and hope I made everyone proud."

With today's win, the Royals advance to the Semifinals of the Sun Conference Tournament to play against the #6 in the nation, Keiser University Seahawks. Keiser was undefeated during the regular season TSC play and carry an overall record of 14-1-1. They also received a first round bye. This game will take place at Keiser University on Tuesday, November 7
th at 1:30 p.m.
