Box Score LAKE WALES, Fla.- The Royals men's volleyball team won their semi-final match last night in the Turner Athletic Center to advance to the conference championship match Saturday morning. The match was the Royals senior night as they honored

Martin Krueger, and Gillan Octave. The first set was very close as the St. Andrews Knights forced a late rally from the Royals to win the set. With the Knights up 22-19, the Royals began their comeback, going on a 3-0 run to tie the set at 22. The Knights would go up 24-23 but the Royals would score two points to take a 25-24 lead. The Knights would then tie the set at 25, but the Royals would take the next two points to win the set 27-25. Set two was close until the final nine points. The Royals and Knights were tied 16-16 when the Royals began to dominate the set. The Royals would go up 18-17 before scoring seven of the final eight points of the set to win 25-18 over the Knights. With a commanding 2-0 lead in the match, the Royals looked to sweep the Knights to move to the championship match on Saturday. The Royals did not mess around in set three as they went out and dominated the Knights to come away with a 25-15 win and 3-0 sweep of St. Andrews. The Royals were led in the match by Henrik Faulk Lauten with 12 kills,
Martin Krueger with 23 assists, and
Hui Ding with 6 digs. The Royals will take on Cincinnati Christian at 11 am Saturday morning in the conference championship match.
