PIKEVILLE, Ky. – The Warner University Royals were routed by the Bears 14-45.

Ralph Hughey finished off a 4 plays for 65 yard drive with a 2 yard scamper into the end zone. Pikeville answered with 31 consecutive points taking a commanding 7-45 lead. With 1:36 left on the clock,
Jemerh Cosby capped off a 7 play 64 yard drive with a 4 yard touchdown run.
Ralph Hughey led the team in rushing with 9 rushes for 59 yards.
Michael Young threw 6 of 13 passes complete for 136 yards.
Jeffrey Suarez had 2 catches for 71 yards.
Darryl Weaver led the way defensively with 8 tackles with 6 solo tackles.
The Royals receive another bye week next weekend before they open up Mid-South Sun Division Conference play against Edward Waters College on October 6
th at 1:30 p.m. in Lakeland.
