LAKE WALES, Fla. – The Royals took down another Sun Conference opponent tonight taking down the Gyrenes 2-1.
 
The Royals improve to 12-2 all time against Ave Maria with tonight's 2-1 victory. The win this evening marks the fourth consecutive over the Gyrenes.
 
It was a big win for Warner tonight taking down the third place Ave Maria Gyrenes. Maddie Manzke netted goals in the 14^th and 49^th minutes. The Gyrenes found the goal in the 61^st minute but the Royals were able to keep them at bay and take the 2-1 victory.
 
With the Royals earning their third conference win, it places them in a tie for 5^th place in the conference with just a couple games left.
 
Warner has a big matchup with a possible chance to claim 4^th place in the Conference with a Senior Night matchup at home against the Sand Sharks of the University of South Carolina Beaufort on Saturday morning.
