LAKE WALES, Fla. – Warner took on the Reinhardt University Eagles today in what was the 1
st game of a 2 game day for the Royals and after 7 innings fell to the Eagles 7-3.
Luby Fields took the mound this afternoon 4
th start of the season and despite pitching quite effectively he suffered his 3
rd loss of the season.
The Royals held a 2-0 lead until the top of the 3
rd inning when Reinhardt exploded for 6 runs and never looked back. Holding the Royals at bay for the majority of the game.
Warner trailed 7-2 as the teams entered the bottom half of the 7
th and final inning of the game.
Zachary Balogh was able to knock in 1 run in the 7
th inning on a single to the Eagles shortstop but the damage stopped there as the Eagles made a pitching change and were able to hold on for the win.

Jan Martinez headlined the Royals offense today, with each player smashing 2 hits in the game.
