LAKE WALES, Fla. – Warner broke out the brooms finishing the regular season sweep 3-0 over the Lions. The Royals also won their fifth straight game while remaining undefeated at home extending their streak to 12 straight home wins.
 
During the first half, the score was 37-30 in favor of the Royals. Josh Glesil was the leading scorer for Warner with 12 points shooting 6-7 from the field goal. Darryl Mercer was another leading scorer in the first half with 11 points and 3 assists. 
 
The Royals continued to play with intensity to outscore the Lions 46-38 in the second half. Logan West scored 11 points along with 4 rebounds in the last 20 minutes. Overall, Mercer registered 19 points with 4 boards, 5 assists and 1 steal. West ended the night with 17 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 1 block. 
 
The Royals are undefeated against the Gyrenes this season. Warner will face Ave Maria one more time for another TSC match up on Thursday, February 11 at 7:30 pm in the Turner Athletic Center.
