LAKE WALES, Fla - The Royals faced the St. Thomas Bobcats at home in Lake Wales, Fla in a Sun Conference matchup.

Karla Rodriguez anchored the defense as she finished with a team high 14 digs for the Royals. The Lady Royals fought strongly in the third set as they pushed their opponents to the brink courtesy of a strong comeback and multiple offensive runs.
Constanza Volpato led the team with her six kills in the match for the Royals.
Becca Mack helped her teammates attack on the court as she racked up 9 assists in today's effort, despite the hard fought effort the Royals would lose set three by a score of 23-25. The Lady Royals look to bounce back in their next conference match against FMU this week.
