Coaches Corner:
Coach Rivers on Women's Team - This weekend the Warner track and field women's team preformed wonderfully with record breaking performances along with national championship qualifying marks being accomplished.
Selena Johnson got things started leaping her to a national qualifying mark in the triple jump. Next up was freshman Geraldine Herrera who set a freshman and school record in the 200m indoor that also qualified her for nationals. Not to be out done by her teammate Jahhi Clarke blazes to a national qualifying mark and a freshman school record in the 60-meter Dash. This is the second week in a row that the women's team have performed very well. We will continue to stack days in the lab and continue to perfect our craft, culture and habits.
