BABSON PARK, Fla. – September 20, 2025 — Warner Women's Soccer hit the road Saturday afternoon for a tightly contested SUN Conference matchup at Webber International, falling 1–0 in a defensive battle that kept scoring opportunities limited on both sides.
The Royals' back line held firm throughout the match, allowing just a single Warrior goal while keeping pressure in front of both Warner goalkeepers. Inna Vannula opened the match in net, followed by Haley Van Houweling, with each recording two saves to keep the Royals within striking distance.
Offensively, Warner worked to create chances in the attacking third, with Clarissa Chew, Gianna Bellomo, and Sabrina Bouchachia each registering a shot. Bellomo and Bouchachia both put their attempts on frame, forcing the Webber keeper to make key stops.
Despite consistent defensive intensity and a late push forward, the Royals were unable to find the equalizer.
Warner now looks to regroup as they return home for their next opportunity to secure a win.
