The match, part of the Running Eagle Classic held at Life University in Marietta, Ga, concluded with a 3-2 win for the Royals, marking a successful start to their season.
The Royals faced a challenging start, dropping the first two sets 25-13 and 25-20, respectively. However, they showed remarkable resilience, rallying back to win the next three sets 25-19, 25-15, and 15-10. This comeback highlighted the team's tenacity and determination under pressure.
